Our client offers a digital personal assistance service, their customers will be relying on you to take away the tedious, administrative tasks of their lives.
Whether its arranging appointments, travel & holiday planning & booking, finding a nanny, or organising events, you’ll be using our internal systems, built on AI, together with your determination and persistence to provide the very best customer solutions.
Working from the Berlin office, you’ll be joining a team of like-minded individuals who love organising and are passionate about providing the very best service to their clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
Customer Support – administrative tasks, arranging appointments, sourcing suppliers using an in house software solution.
Researching and assessing options, providing timely efficient and effective solutions for customers
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delighting customers with every interaction.
Liase with the internal product team to help solve, document and automate tasks professionally.
Monitor, document & track all activities on an internal system
Languages - German native or fluent. (English – Business fluent (spoken & written).
Education - Educated to College degree level
Experience & Technical Skills:
1–2 years experience
(3-6 years for the Senior Customer Operative)
in a demanding, challenging customer service, customer success, account management, technical customer support role.
Experience with inhouse CRM / software systems
Competent doing online research
Precise & Detail-oriented
Diligent & Reliable
Excellent Communication skills, curious and persistent.
Problem solver with an independent work ethic and hands-on mentality.
Distinct interpersonal skills, a positive charisma as well as pleasant and polite manners.
