Senior Java Developer – Manchester - £80k

Adria Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for several Senior Java Developers to join a market leading company. As Senior Java Developer you will play a vital role in each phase of the software development lifecycle and work closely with product, data warehouse and other development teams to improve existing and develop new software.

The duties of the Senior Java Developer will include but not be limited to:

Build and implement back-end services, API and some front end that integrate with other service and third party partners.

 Interact with customers

 Validate requirements and system design

 Automate and streamline existing processes, procedures and toolsets

 Ensure code paths are unit tested and defect free

 Immediately address issues and fix defects

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Strong core Java experience

 Experience working with modern web technologies including: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP

 Strong knowledge of OOP and SOA principles

 NoSQL

 Disciplined approach to software engineering best practices

 Familiar with MVC architectures
