We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Improvement Analyst. You will need to demonstrate that you have practical experience analysing service desk and IT operations processes and can identify oportunites for improvements and contribute to a process improvement roadmap that will lead to the highest levels of service based on ITIL best practice. You should be some who is passionate about creating a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role you will need to demonstrate that you have experience of supporting and documenting process improvements to help achie improvements in productivity and effectiveness by facititating efficient working practices working in conjunction with the ITIL Process Manager to create an outstanding working environment. That will include implementing and supporting the managiment of KPI's. We are looking for a positive and supportive individual who will play an active part in securing the buy in of team memebers and stake holders to improvements that will lead to higher productivity and better service standards.
