The role of a Recruitment Resourcer is fast paced, varied and highly rewarding. Focusing on the candidate side of the recruitment process you will be engaging with active and passive candidates to discuss job opportunities and current roles. The role will involve headhunting candidates using a variety of platforms, managing candidate pools, utilising social media and job boards to advertise active vacancies plus lots more.
