Role - Lead Solution Architect
Duration - 6 months (scope for extension)
Location - Warwick (Hybrid)
Our Client is currently seeking an innovative, technically talented Digital Solutions Architect within our Architecture team who can shape the architecture and design solutions for major Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) initiatives.
You will be responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions in the Digital Experience domain; particularly our Digital Experience Platform, Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution and Customer Portals. This will include working with our internal Solutions Engineering Team, vendors and 3rd party delivery partners; reviewing design elements and signing off on the overall technical design and working with key stakeholders. Ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with product and project teams.
You will be:
Accountable for producing holistic solutions to maintain and improve Digital while minimising impact on delivery and innovation
Accountable for producing design patterns for Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, user authentication and authorisation for various digital experience uses cases
Responsible for supporting Digital teams to deliver secure products for our customers
Ensuring solutions conform to Architecture Principles
Providing security related architectural guidance for post-incident reviews, supporting root-cause analysis, and calling out lessons learned
Providing clear, actionable insights and proposals to the leadership team
Building on best practices within the business, the digital industry and beyond to develop and implement innovative approaches for Digital Product(s)
Working with the Product Owners, Technical Product Owners and Delivery managers along with Engineers, Test Engineers, and Customer Experience Designers to participate on solution architecture for Digital, including validating detailed requirements (where and only when needed) and process / experience mapping to facilitate effective development solutions
Responsible for the delivery of Digital architecture artefacts and input into non digital artefacts
Working with the Product owners and Engineering Managers to lead the technical definition of the product roadmap areaWhat you'll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field/experience
Previous delivery experience in implementing digital experience platforms using common UI libraries (such as design systems), personalisation and CIAM are a must.
Prior experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the above platforms and integrating them with customer facing content management systems (e.g. Drupal) and customer engagement platforms (e.g. Salesforce) would be advantageous.
Technology design experience which includes Performance, Security, Availability, as well as Operations, Monitoring and Support
