Applications Manager- Birmingham- 45-50k

In this role, you will be taking ownership of in-house bespoke applications as well as 3rd party apps for a growing clothing manufacturer.

You will manage a brilliant team of 3 who are very autonomous and in the Head of IT's words "are a dream to manage".

The early stages of this role will be spent understanding the applications and talking to users to see how they use the system and you can then map out processes.

There are several projects lined up including a current project of replacing the ERP as well as merging with another site.

This role will allow you lots of autonomy to improve processes. You will also work closely with the PM and Dev teams to take ownership of in-house app feature developments.

You will report to a Head of IT who really cares for her team and will support you every step of the way.

Ideally, you will have some of the following expereince:

- Previous management experience (not essential)

- Have dealt with ERP applications previously

- SQL (not essential)

- Change management experience
