Whilst there is scope to work flexible and remotely within this role (company policy is once per month in the office), they would ideally like to find someone who'd be comfortable with working from one of their offices at least one day per week. They have offices in Cardiff and Bristol, with an exceptional culture and are fully committed to the health and wellbeing of their team.

Within this exciting opportunity as a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll work in their Client Services team to help strategise and manage their fantastic clients’ projects. You’ll focus on daily client relationship tasks, such as planning, briefing, idea creation and administrative responsibilities. You’ll work with set clients to pitch solutions to grow their business through their website development. You’ll also be working alongside a Project Manager, as well as the wider UX and Engineering teams, to brief and schedule work and keep an eye on progress and commercials.

Looking after a selection of their existing client base, as well as some of the new clients who are coming on board with the business, will be the main focus of your role. With a diverse client base across a range of SMEs, your work will require varying levels of input and interaction. We believe that you'll have the opportunity to hold responsibility for the following within this exceptional opportunity:

*meeting with clients, primarily online and where appropriate in-person, to help strategise and roadmap changes to their digital solutions.

*consulting with UX Designers, Developers and Project Managers to plan and implement solutions.

*drafting statements of work to clearly communicate project scope, both internally and externally.

*touching base with clients, to ensure they remain informed and to gather valuable feedback.

*creating strong community and relationships with clients and key partner companies.

*gaining a deep understanding and assist in improvement of our service offering and capabilities.

*actively up-selling clients where it's appropriate and valuable to their brand or business.

*scheduling and forecasting resource, as required.

*assisting in running events or attending events on behalf of the company.

*reporting and KPI tracking.

We hope that the Client Relationship Manager joining the team will have some of the following skills, knowledge and experience:

*excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

*the ability to build trust and good relationships with clients and their teams.

*problem-solving aptitude

*work collaboratively with technical and sales teams to meet customer needs

*act as one point contact for all customer requirements.

*proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

*experience in tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).

*proficient in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot).

*BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field could be advantageous, but not essential.

*background in the customer service industry would be a plus.
