I am working with an Internal IT team to add another talented engineer to their team, to start their journey of progression.

My client who are market leading in their sector and the IT team is core in their daily working life.

Day to Day:

You will be supporting end users with 1st and 2nd Line support daily, working with technologies and users as far as you can before escalation.

Proactively manage the helpdesk in suggesting potential improvements for the IT service

Communicate with 3rd party support providers

Maintain the continual improvement ensuring maximum efficiency and control

Team size - 8 (your exposure and progression will be high)

Users - over 150 users

Tech Stack:

Windows Operating Systems

Active Directory

Office Suite

Understanding of Networking
