We are looking for a number of ambitious individuals that are looking to take their career to the next level within IT. While IT experience is desirable, it is by no means necessary and the organisation is happy to train anyone to the right level.

What does the role entail?

-Handling incident and service requests via email and telephone.

-Recording accurate and detailed information.

-Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
