Be the voice of the customer during project implementations

Ensuring that the Clinical Documentation solution put in place aligns with both the end-user requirements as well as the business objectives behind the project, based on the expertise of the Clinical Documentation feature set and deep understanding of the customer's documentation workflows/requirements.

Supporting the Project Manager as subject matter expert

Discovering and intaking of requirements during customer implementation projects

User Engagement, by providing remote and onsite presentations and product demonstrations

Configuration and Testing of systems during project implementation, including:

Intake of requirements and translation to configuration specification

Maintain documentation throughout implementation

Together with a solution engineer in creating a test plan, based on requirements intake

Execute end-to-end testing according to test plan and report results to project team

Support client in executing User Acceptance Test and document outcomes

Make necessary amendments to configuration to meet customer requirements

Provide end-user training and go-live support

Identify training requirements as part of the requirements intake

Create a training strategy and plan together with the customer's training team, including training methods, resources, materials, environment, and facilities

Create or customize Training material according to customer context and project requirements, including Quick Reference Guides, Training Scripts, Lesson Plans and eLearning material

Design and provide Train-the-trainer to customer trainers or 3rd party trainers

Provide Go-live support through remote video call sessions with users, or onsite "floorwalking" visits with at-the-elbow user support

Document configuration and implementation to hand off to support post implementation

Identify new opportunities for solution enhancements

Act as communications liaison with its users during implementation
