We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst SAP BI for a fixed term of 3 months. We are looking for an experienced individual to perform projects in the areas of business intelligence and reporting applications; to design and implement SAP BI data models and reporting solutions and to deliver high available and reliable SAP BI services to all relevant users and stakeholders. You will also design and implement reporting solutions with the SAP Analytics Cloud.

Business Analyst SAP BI key responsibilities will include:

• Project based design and implementation of high available and reliable SAP BW based data • models and reports

• Maintain, operate and monitor SAP BW applications (housekeeping and daily operation)

• Effective functional user support based on trouble tickets, SLA and KPIs

• Contribute ideas and concepts to the BI strategy for the respective area of responsibility in relation to the company strategy

• Build and maintain internal client relationships to all contact persons on different levels

• Manage full life-cycle project implementations and/or lead project work stream delivery using recognised standard method & tools

• Ensuring execution in time, budget, quality and resource planning

• Knowledge transfer to Business Units

• Gather data and analyse business and user needs

• Ensure translation of functional business requirements into technical requirements and tasks

• Propose and deliver fit-for-purpose technical solutions

• Provide IT user support user training

• Build and maintain internal client relationships to all contact persons on different levels and liaise with internal IT teams and especially BPM

• Regular coordination with specialist departments on open topics

• Provision of expert support for users and all relevant stakeholder groups

Business Analyst SAP BI key skills & experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• SAP BW knowledge

• Strong experience in SAP Frontend tools such as Query Designer, Analysis for Office and SAP Business Objects
