Role: Major Incident and Problem Manager
Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP45000 per annum, plus bonus, private healthcare, 25 days leave plus bank holidays.
Location: Warwick, Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office
Our client is a major blue-chip company in the utilities sector, looking for a Major Incident and Problems manager to take over the management of incidents and problems in their IT environement. In this role you will be working with a number of established and successful in-house support teams, from infrastructure to network support as well as several third party service providers.
You will have the opportunity to take a strategic look at the IT environment, analysing trends and putting together proposals to improve both the technical environment and support processes. You will be expected to understand the technology you are working with, predominantly Microsoft (O365, SCCM etc.), but this is not a hands-on role. As Incident Manager you will be putting together the team that resolves issues, not resolving them yourself.
