IT Support, Kilmarnock, up to £34,000 per annum
IT Support professional with 1-2 years’ Desktop support experience in a similar role required who will be responsible for:
* Create and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Google Administration console
* Responding to technical assistance requests via the phone and helpdesk
* Identifying issues and escalating them when they require urgent attention
* 1st line support· Escalating IT issues to the appropriate channel
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
The IT Support will be offered:
* 25 holidays plus recognised bank holidays
* 4% ER pension contribution

The IT Support professional should be able to communicate with all levels and have a sharp systematic mindset with complete ownership and accountability of all escalation issues and see them through to a conclusion.
