Description

The key responsibilities of the successful Finance Manager will be:

* Be responsible for inter-company reconciliations and transactions

* Prepare statutory accounts across multiple company groups

* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

* Managing financial information in relation to key business projects including mergers and acquisitions & business growth

* Assisting with internal audits and compliance

* Maintain and regulate company balance sheets

* Reporting on key projects against budgets and projections

* Key responsibility with at least 1 other member of staff

* Adhoc duties as required by the business

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience with people and staff management would be an advantage

* CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified/finalist level or QBE

* Inter-company experience

* Advanced Excel skills

* Ability to work to very high standards and work independently
