Customer Success Manager

Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)

Salary: €55,000 p/a plus benefits

I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager to join my client's global Customer Success Team. My client is a leading, US-based software company that helps firms with enterprise operations. You will act as a point of contact for customers to help deliver first-class service. You will focus on customers' post-sale experience whilst working with my client's account team. You will drive customer satisfaction and help them grow their business on my client's platform. Interpersonal skills are key here!

The role involves…

Working in an international team with great colleagues and customers

Owning a portfolio of accounts, keeping in touch with the customers and driving their business outcomes

Ensuring that customers get the maximum return on their investment by utilising all resources made available to them

Promoting my clients' brand

Working alongside stakeholder teams in adopting products, attaining growth and increasing platform usageRequirements

Knowledge of my client's product and/or experience with using it

Experience in a similar role

Ideally experience working in a consultancy that has Project or Account Manager teams

High-level interpersonal skills

Right to work in Ireland
