Customer Success Specialist
I'm working with a long term exclusive client of ours who can count some of the world's largest companies as their loyal customers. They are expanding their team to cope with increased demand over the last 12 months and are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to manage their ever growing customer list.
You'll need to be very experienced with managing customer issues. Someone who is proactive rather than reactive in how you support your long term customers. And also be able to explain instructions clearly and concisely to help to on-board new vendors to the platform.
