Application Support Specialist / up to £35,000 / Leeds & Hybrid

Corecom Consulting has partnered with a leading payment solutions provider who are hiring 2 Application Support Specialists to join their established support team, providing services to their large financial services clients.

They are looking for people who are keen to develop skills, to grow themselves, learn from colleagues and provide outstanding support to their customers.

What you can expect in return:

Salary up to £35,000

Progression paths down Development or Management route

Opportunity to work fully remote if preferred or based from their Leeds City Centre office on a hybrid basis (personal preference)

Previous experience in Application Support using Web-based Applications

Financial Services background using ISO8583 standard is desirable

Experience of Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)

Experience of using Python, JavaScript, Linux, AWS is desirable

Comfortable speaking with clients and customersIn this role you will provide support to their clients by simulating their issues to understand what they're experiencing, triaging, and debugging in order to find out why before passing to the Development Team to fix.
