Our client is an exciting UK Market leader in Mixed Reality software. They are looking to expand their team and looking to hire a Fullstack Developer.

You will be working at the forefront of the industry as part of an agile team working on some really great projects that incorporate AR and VR. Their products are used by companies to train their staff, save time and money.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Frontend Developer you will be:

Delivering software solutions and expanding the current feature set of our Cloud XR platform

Effectively managing a backlog of work through Lean / Scrum methodologies

Presenting risks and opportunities to the wider engineering team to improve the effectivity and efficiency of delivery

Working as part of a cross-functional team collaborating on projects to achieve a common goal

Adopting a DevOps approach to software delivery, following the mantra of “you build it, you own it”

Ensuring the technical solution and execution (code) is performant, extensible, and scalable

UML Modelling and articulating system design through succinct and clear diagramming

Defining and delivering solutions that follow best practice (e.g. Reactive, SOLID)

Delivery of core software framework and features for the WebXR platform

Working with DevOps team to integrate into existing and new CI/CD processes

Supporting junior members of the team as part of their continued professional development

Writing code to a high standard ensuring adequate unit testing and controls are in place to ensure code quality.

Performing peer reviews (on pull requests) to provide informative feedback   

Desirable Experience:

Experience in a scale-up environment going through technology and business transformation

Experience in working with external stakeholders to support in cross team initiatives

Experience with real-time 3D graphics in either VR or AR

Experience in delivery of multitenant SaaS software solutions
