If the answer is yes then this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing IT team in a large organisation boasting a mix of Healthcare centres & Retail outlets. We need more knowledgeable staff who can help the IT Team deliver excellent service and innovation and support the organisation overall approach to the demands of a changing landscape.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive group of enthusiastic IT professionals. You will hold a vital role in the IT support team and will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role supporting desktop products and associated applications. You will have strong communication and customer services skills. Expert troubleshooting and problem solving knowledge so that you can deal with faults and request in a timely manner over the telephone or by using remote tools.
About You:
• You can demonstrate success in a similar IT support role
• You have a proven background in the support of some of the following technologies (Windows Desktop, EPoS, Mobile phone and tablet)
• An awareness of some of the following technologies (Networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and VOIP)
• Awareness of ITIL methodologies
• You can operate effectively across multiple parts of the organisation and manage your own workload independently to meet deadlines and expectations
• You are a self-starter who can work collaboratively with the wider IT Team and organisation, clearly communicate both technical and non-technical solutions to team members and stakeholders
You should be competent at some of the following technologies:
• Windows Desktops
• Active Directory
• Microsoft 365
• File and Printer services
• VOIP (Gamma Horizon or Mitel)
• Platform monitoring using PRTG, ManageEngine
• Networking infrastructure component (Cisco, Meraki, Wi-Fi)
A Driver’s Licence / Car is not essential but beneficial as we like to send our Analysts out to sites periodically to complete IT Clinics and perform some local troubleshooting.
