IT Procurement, Planning and Logistics, Contract, 6 months initial, £220 p/day Inside IR35 (Hybrid working / Fareham)
A contract role for someone to large retail company, within the IT Services team, who are responsible for the procurement and delivery support of desktop hardware (Desktops, Laptops and Peripherals). If you strong stakeholder and people skills, is something that 'gets it done' and enjoys detail - please apply.
If you have experience in IT Administration, IT Procurement, enjoy problem solving and have good excel skills, please apply. You will be working on ServiceNow and will have the opportunity to learn new skills, systems and work with some great people.
You will engage with IT stakeholders to provide support as required around desktop hardware procurement forecasting, conduct commercial activity, such as requesting quotes and pricing. Having some level of IT / Desktop Computing knowledge will be helpful as you will be triaging 'Non Standard' hardware requests and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to solution Ad Hoc requirements.
You will also be creating queries and reports as needed to support operational and business requirements and provide input for Change suggestions on the capabilities of the ServiceNow Request platform to improve the Request workflow.
This will be a mixture of at home working, and on site in Fareham, and you will be joining a productive and friendly team.
