They're a groundbreaking company with a worldwide reach, they're looking to hire an additional Product Support Technician to their already diverse team.
Maintaining a strong knowledge on the company's specialist hardware and software
Troubleshooting issues that come through on the ServiceDesk
Having the confidence and knowledge on the products to feedback on software/hardware issues and provide solutions/ideas for improvementsRequirements:
Passionate about technology
Excellent communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experienced in customer service roles with elements of troubleshooting/diagnosingIdeals:
Driving license and access to own vehicle
Exposure to Zen Desk
Experienced in troubleshooting technical issues
