Your new role as a Salesforce Manager
* Lead, develop and deliver the Salesforce Development roadmap for Sales and Marketing
* Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs to scope, gather, and analyse functional requirements for Salesforce projects
* Work across Sales and Marketing to optimise, maintain and execute sales and marketing strategies, and support key stakeholders using Marketing Automation platforms Marketing Cloud/Pardot to drive engagement and revenue growth.
* Work with IT partners to propose and deliver tools and development to optimise activities and outcomes for Sales, Marketing and Finance
* Design and develop Salesforce solutions, including integrations to in-house and third-party platforms. Provide an effective technical service to deliver advice and support for the wider business in matters Salesforce and related technologies. In-depth knowledge and experience of working with automations – flows and process builder
* Have comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce and be fully competent with all Salesforce admin tasks
About You
* Proactive, self-motivated, and forward thinking
* Comfortable with sales pipelines and architecture, multi-step workflows, QA and reporting
* knowledge of Pardot and Marketing Cloud
* Strong knowledge of best practice email creative, segmentation, testing methodologies, deliverability, and email deployment platforms
