Technical/Application Support Consultant
Zendesk/ SAAS/ Higher Education
Fully Remote
Contract- £200-£250 day/rate (Inside IR35)
I am looking for a Technical/Applications Support Consultant to join a technology start-up who build learning experience platforms for universities. In this position, you will be working within their Product Support Team.
As a Technical/Applications Support Consultant, you'll ensure all their users receive the same, outstanding level of support during low and peak seasons.
To be successful in this post as a Technical/Applications Support Consultant you will need to:
Communicate best practices ensuring our users' needs are met using the organisation's platform to improve user satisfaction.
Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues/bugs and apply creative solutions for resolution/workarounds independently.
Make specific recommendations to significantly reduce ticket volume.
Change the operations of other teams through feedback and escalation of issues.Experience of working with Zendesk in a SAAS environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
