Candidates will be required to live within 1 hour commuting distance as may be required onsite once a week

KEY TASKS:

MS Windows

MS Active Directory Admin

MS SQL Server

SAN, VMWare v-Sphere

MS Exchange and or Gmail

Google Suite

Linus, Backup Technologies

AV Server

TCP/IP Ethernet Networks, Switches, Routers, Firewalls

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Extensive IT Support experience

Self-starter with excellent communications skills (verbal & written)

ITI Service Management experience

Experience in support handovers and service transition
