Role: Datacoms Engineer

Location: Redhill, Surrey (Hybrid & incredible traveling opportunities)

Salary: up to £37,000 DOE!

Do you want to get the chance to travel around the globe and the UK?

A client of mine welcomes a Datacoms Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis! You'll be constantly on the go, traveling from anywhere in the UK to the USA, with a few hours' notice! Are you ready for the adventure?

You will come in hitting the ground running, testing and rolling out new products and services, and supporting rollouts of customer networks.

You will be based within the Redhill office (3 days a week, 2 days WFH), where you'll:

-Provide 3rd Line Support

-Have a strong knowledge of IP Networking (firewalls, routers, switches, WANS/LANS)

-Have a Degree or CISCO CCNA or HND/HNC in Telecomms/IT/Electronics

-Quickly learn bespoke products and services

-Hands-on engineering experience (3 years+)

-Satellite Communications (LEO's/VSAT/GEO/RF)

-Excellent customer support skills

-Mobile Environments (5G/4G/GSM)

You MUST have MOD experience and a passport to apply to this role!
