The ideal candidate will have experience in CRO.

They are hiring at all seniorities for CRO Specialists who will play a key role in developing new functionality and are open to Junior-Mid seniorities. They are paying up to £55,000 alongside their great benefits.

Skills Required

Previous line management experience

Evidence of developing and leading client CRO strategies

At least three years' experience in either a client side or agency exec CRO/digital marketing role

An understanding of ecommerce and lead generation behaviors and

An understanding of UX/UI best practices

Previous line management experience

Proficiency in a variety of design tools (Figma, Adobe CS)

Ability to prototype & user test designs

Experience of visual intelligence software (HotJar, CrazyEgg)

Outstanding problem-solving skills

Experience using A-B Testing software (VWO, Google Optimize)In addition, if you have any experience with HTML,Javascript and CSS
