Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a growing consumer services business in Rotherham, as they look to recruit a 2nd Line Support Engineer.

Joining an existing support team, the successful 2nd line support engineer will be responsible for providing remote and desk side support to a user base of circa. 100.

Please note this is a fully site based role and includes on call cover one week in three.

We are keen to speak with multi-skilled support professionals with the following skills and experience:

*Active Directory Knowledge and configuration experience

*Windows 10 administration

*Basic networking and switch configurations

*Basic understanding of firewalls

*Basic PowerShell skills

*Good knowledge of Windows deployment scenarios

*Able to administer M365 with O365

*Experience with VoIP phone systems

*Ability to work as a team player, work efficiently and prioritise your own tasks

*Excellent communication skills, organisational skills

*Experience setting up MS Intune (desirable)

*Linux, Windows Server experience (desirable)

*Mimecast experience (desirable)

*VMware knowledge for setup and administration (desirable)
