You will oversee and grow a department of 50 Software Engineers which includes C# Developers, SQL Server database developers, reporting analysts and data warehouse developers.

You'll be a hands-off Development Manager in this post though your past technical background will be invaluable to understand what your teams are doing and inform how you can improve processes, delivery and propose future data strategy.

There is huge investment in tech and, as your new company enter new markets, your role as Software Development Manager will see you delivering solutions which haven't been developed before at this scale.
