Ada are partnered with a leading eLearning company that is pushing boundaries in the digital learning space, building innovative, engaging learning programs used by companies round the globe.

The business is looking for an experienced Python Developer to work on greenfield applications, who will report into the Head of Backend Development. 

You will be joining a cross-functional agile team of product managers, developers building web applications, including eLearning applications and a Data insights platform.  You’ be working with a very modern stack, including Django, FastAPI, Serverless code on AWS Lambda, Postgres, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes. You’d enjoy working on both current products and building brand new ones.

Responsibilities

Creating, planning and leading development on sets of related stories

Creating and development of RESTFul APIs

Using relational databases to store and query complex data

Managing datasets and designing for scalability

Tech

Demonstrable Python experience (if you have plenty of experience development but have only just switched over to Python, we’d still love to hear from you!)

Django, Flask or similar frameworks

AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

Testing – Seliniem

Build pipelines (GitHub Actions)
