* People who have worked in Agency or Volume / BPO environments.
* Experience in UK Market.
* Strong communication skills and excellent English language written and verbal
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a recruiter (using job boards, social media, LinkedIn etc)
* Someone who has experience recruiting for in-house or agency roles such as customer service or sales roles
