The role

For this role, experience is required within Salesforce Administration.

Being able to undertake updates and provide ad-hoc reports for the sales and business development team and assisting in providing technical insight as well.

Minimum 3 + years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Excellent communication skills.

Extensive experience in both Lightning and Classic.

Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.Someone that is passionate about Salesforce and has an administrative capacity within Salesforce.

Requirements

Serve as part of a team of administrators for a Salesforce environment with 300+ users.

Handle all standard administrative functions including but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.

Manage/collaborate on Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.

Coordinate the evaluation, scope and configuration of new feature requests.

Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.

Work with management teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, configuration, and change management activities.For more information, please email (url removed)
