Concept Resourcing is delighted to be working with a growing business in the Tech space, as they look to recruit an experienced Transition Manager, to join and lead the team as they prepare for another period of growth.
Reporting directly to the Head of Contract Management, this role will be responsible for:
Managing a team of 4 direct reports
Forecast recurring revenue, whilst identifying risk & mitigating where appropriate
Lead workshops/training to ensure the successful on-boarding of new services
Ensure recurring revenue/new transitions are done according to schedules, contract terms & budgets.
Produce updated contract and transition information to senior stakeholders
Ensure an effective exit strategy is delivered and communicated
Identify possible challenges and provide solutions to minimise cost risk
Plan future development & growth within the team
Continuously strive to improve current process
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Experience in a similar role, or an understanding of Project Management, Contract Management, Change/Risk Management and Service Assurance
Previous experience developing & managing a team
Ability to identify improvements and drive change
First class communications skills including leading training workshops
Ability to influence stakeholders
Attention to detail
Computer Literate
