Role: Senior 3rd Line Engineer / Project Delivery

Location: Leicester

Salary: £65K DOE

I am looking for an extremely skilled IT professional to join a market leading MSP on a permanent basis. This role will allow you to hit the ground running and implement and lead projects throughout the business both onsite and remotely.

Role Responsibilities:

** Provide 3rd line IT Support both onsite and remotely - full UK license required as travel to customer sites will be required

** Design and deliver network from the ground up

** Lead and Implement projects - Server solutions, Virtualization & Delivery

** Be comfortable working on an independent basis and liaising directly with users

** Be a first point of contact for security and networking

** Active Directory, Azure

** Cyber Security - Pen Testing

** VMWare, Hyper-V

** Networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN

** Citrix

** MacOS, Apple Products

** XenApp

** MDM

** Hardware & Software support
