Contract Business Process Analyst - Outside IR35 - 6 month initial (likely renew) - Paying Market rate £££ - 1 day per week in Manchester.

My client is hiring 2x Business Process Analysts. They are a highly regarded Financial Services company based in central Manchester.

The main bulk of this piece of work is around improving their core business processes. People, finance, customers, client lifecycles etc.

There is no end-to-end view across the business or standardisation of process. So, this role will involve speaking with a lot of stakeholders across the business who have a lot of things stored in their head and not necessarily written and documented on paper.

You need to find out processes, investigate, pulling threads of information and investigating.

Phase 1 will be to get the processes documented and then Phase 2 will be making them more efficient.

You will have a PM and a Senior BA working with you as a sponsor.
