A Global Business Services company currently have a demand for an Active Directory Engineer to join their expanding team.

The focus of the role is the implementation of project initiatives across their global environment

Responsibilities:

*Active Directory / Active Roles license management. (Purchasing and inventory management)

*Active Directory / Azure Hygiene - Auditing and implementation of IT Best practices. (Removing stale objects, password management controls, LAPS etc)

*Active Directory Domain migrations

*EMEA Service Ownership (Windows, AD) - Work with the global service owner to deliver up to date heatmaps and implement global standards for the EMEA region.

*Ensure proactive measures are taken to ensure the high availability of services.

*Driving security standards in the EMEA region including remediation of OOS operating systems, security policies and infrastructure hardening.

*Uses system management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics.

Requirements:

*Great knowledge of system software products which are used by the organisation such as Active Directory Infrastructure Services, Window Server operating systems etc.

*Ability to learn and adapt to new systems / situations

*Customer focus

*Analytical thinking

*Attention to detail

As well as the above, this role will be well suited to someone with a passion for emerging technologies, and ambition to progress in this space. The requirements are negotiable for the right person who has a clear passion for Windows technologies.

You will be required to travel to the office (Dudley or Crawley) once a week.
