A not-for-profit in Bristol that has a genuine impact on global health are recruiting an Infrastructure Support Technician to join their close-knit team.

The experience we need.
As the successful Infrastructure Support Technician, you'll have a number of years of commercial experience in a similar role. You'll be experienced working with most of the following tech:
Windows 7, Windows 10
Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, Office 365, Teams
Windows Server 2008r2, 2012, 2016
Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, 2016, Exchange on-line
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
VMWare ESXi
Veeam Backup technologies
Desirable-Azure, AWS, Dell Sonicwall, MS SQL administration
Remote access and connections including VPN and RDP and Terminal Services
Mobile Device Management
Desktop\Laptop\Server Hardware break\fix
Enterprise Phone System (Shoretel\Mitel\Alcatel etc.)
Networking and routing-DHCP\DNS, VLANS, etc.
Experience of using a Helpdesk based call logging system
The role.
Provide high quality and customer focused 1st, 2nd and 3rd level IT support for the diverse and complex IT systems
To lead projects enhancing infrastructure
Ensure the delivery of all IT service operations activities are in line with agreed service levels and policies.
