Do you have experience in 2nd line support, and on the look out for a new challenge?
We've had a contract role come up (3 months, inside IR35 and £150-£185 per day) for a 2nd line support analyst.
About the role:
You would be working with a leading healthcare company in the North east, but working on a fully remote basis. You would be helping the company to deal with a backlog of important tickets, helping the team to support users on important issues with outlook, office 365 and hardware issues.
Who you'll be:
To be a good fit for this role, you would need:
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in a 2nd line support function
Good knowledge of office 365
Experience using service now beneficial.
