Key responsibilities for the IT Support Analyst:
* Management of service desk tickets in a busy support environment
* Adherence to company and team policies and working practices
* Provisioning new starter equipment to tight deadlines
* IT asset management of over 600 laptops and 300 mobile devices
* May be required to work at other company sites round the UK
* Eventual participation in a 24x7 on call rota (Paid Extra)
Key criteria for the Internal Systems Support Analyst:
* Experience of most of the following:
* Service Desk Systems
* MS Windows 10 OS Administration
* On Premise and Azure Active Directory
* O365 Support and Administration
* Microsoft Teams Client support
* VPN Technologies
* Mobile Phone support -Mainly Android with some iOS
* MFA – Multifactor Authentication
* Good understanding of basic networking technologies
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* A commitment to earning industry certifications
* Have a desire to keep up with the latest tools and techniques
* An inquisitive mind and a determination to solve complex problems
