An established organisation based in Glasgow requires an IT Support Engineer to join their team. The position is predominantly responsible for 1st/2nd line support and will involve assisting end users with technical support of desktops, mobile devices and applications.
We are looking for someone who is confident in communicating with people by telephone, email and in person and who has a genuine interest in IT.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot IT support issues to customers and end-users.
Fault find and resolve issues, keeping customers informed throughout.
Assist users with the installation, configuration and usability of desktops.
Software installations.
Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
Good communication skills and potential to learn new technologies
Windows 10
Hardware support
Exchange, Office 365
