PMO Analyst | Ipswich Based | Salary £33k | 37.5 hours | Hybrid Working
Currently working with a company who find themselves in need for an additional PMO Analyst.
Within this role you will be expected to assist in the achievement of the Portfolio and Project Management function. You will be expected to maintain oversight on all projects to analyse and report on inefficiencies, this would include determination of impacts and risks to current and pipeline delivery!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Project & Portfolio reporting
Provide Quality Assurance & Analysis of Projects & Processes
Creation & Maintenance of PMO Templates, Processes and Guidance
Stage gate review processes coupled with stage gate quality assurance
Maintain and develop continuous improvement approaches
Monitor project controls
Assist in regular audits
Dedicated point of contact for project managers in reference to support provided
Your Ideal Skills:
Programme or Project management methodologies:Prince 2
SharePoint Experience (desirable)
Microsoft Project and Visio
Keen eye for detail
Organised and ability to prioritise effectively
Effective and reactive problem-solving abilities
Strong analytical skills
