We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Manager at StepChange Debt Charity in Leeds. This will be a key role within the Technology Services department, leading the Portfolio Management Office to assure successful project outcomes, by using project, programme and portfolio management practices effectively.
Where you'll work:
You'll split your time between our Leeds office and home. Currently we ask all colleagues to work from the office for a minimum of 2 days a month.
What you'll be doing:
Establishing and maintaining communications with colleagues across the Charity
Understanding Charity priorities and working with the Head of Change to deliver plans
Influencing the change agenda
Leading the PMO team to provide assurance on projects and programmes
Providing accurate and timely reports on projects and across the stakeholder community
Ensuring project/programme benefits are defined, agreed and measurable post implementation
Designing and implementing risk management processes
Training and developing the wider PMO team
What you'll bring:
Experience in change portfolio reporting
Project planning and management skills
Knowledge of benefit management, business change, resource planning, contract negotiation and Prince2
Stakeholder management experience
Developed data interpretation and communications skills
Salary: circa £48,495
