Applause IT are looking for a Product Manager to join a rapidly growing eCommerce business that sells millions of products to customers worldwide. You will own, create, and execute a vision for their provision to customers.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be delivering a prioritised programme of business and functional improvements for customers. You will design and deliver a roadmap to ensure that the services provided to customers align with business strategy and business objectives. As the Product Manager, you will design and specify business requirements and convert these into user stories, identify and define QA criteria and UAT methods. You will own and then use of Products and Projects that you specify and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle

Your main duties will include ownership and definition of vision and roadmap, defining product requirements, scop, deliverables, and success criteria. You will be the decision-maker for the Products created by the software engineering team and ensure that all stakeholders find the products fit for their purpose.

Desired Skillset

Experience managing the full product lifecycle

Experience using an Agile methodology

Experience in an eCommerce business

Experience in the application of design thinking methodologies to business process re-engineering

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Confident in requirements definition and process mapping
