Experienced IT Support Engineer needed for a brilliant business involved with finance and leisure.
We’re expanding! We’ve just appointed a fantastic new Technical Lead and are ready to bolster the team further with you.
This impressive company started in the mid-nineties offering finance solutions in a way nobody else was. They are multi-faceted with a variety of businesses, internal systems and customer facing solutions, from an intricate finance decisioning engine to EPOS, booking systems, RFID, mobile apps and more. Head office are currently around 25 users with c200 across the business, UK wide.
We are looking for a dedicated IT Engineer to support users, hardware, computer systems, some EPOS (including card-readers) and more.
Office 365

VMware and Hyper-V
SQL server 2014
Firewalls
AWS
You will be the dedicated IT Support go-to in the business with a lot of autonomy, freedom and opportunity to have input and effect change.
You will be the ‘customer-face’ of IT across the business so must be confident and comfortable supporting users from the CEO to sales team, Developers to till operators in their cafés. This role is multi-dimensional and will come with a great mix of challenges and opportunities.
