Software Developer – Remote – Up to £40k + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced .NET Developer to work within a growing development team, developing a variety of progressive web applications. You will be joining a stable and dynamic business whilst being part of a team of 8 developers. You will be required to build API methods and website components that consume these as well as help shape the conventions the team uses to ensure high quality code that the whole team can understand.

As an Application Developer, you will work with the team on the development of a brand-new product that will move the company away from a desktop environment. The ideal Developer will have proven experience as you will be required to hit the ground running. The company no longer has offices, with the entire business working fully remote moving forward. They offer an excellent package, flexible working arrangements and a structured progression path for the right candidate. 

Core skills for this role include:

C#

SQL Server

Entity framework

Knowledge of the .NET Core framework and associated libraries such as ASP.NET, LINQ, etc.

Source Control (preferably GIT) 

Advantageous:

Standard ways of working in TDD/BDD environments

RESTful Web APIs

JavaScript & TypeScript

SPA frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React

Agile methodologies and ways of working (ideally from personal experience)
