ERP Support Analyst
The Person:
Applicants must have experience in systems application support. Ideally this will have been in AX or Dynamics 365 but so long as your background is in IT support to a 2nd line level and you have the mandatory experience of application support training will be given.

This is a permanent position Monday to Friday and can be a Hybrid role, three days home working and 2 in the office in rural Gloucestershire, just outside Cheltenham, in the Cotswolds. OR working from the office if this is preferred. Your own transport will be required to commute and, rarely, visit other sites.
Overview:
The role of the Application Support Analyst (ERP) is to provide support for Microsoft customers across multiple sites.
The ERP platform is currently Dynamics AX 2009, with an upgrade project to Dynamics 365 as a phased implementation. The role will initially consist of providing support for the 2009 platform, this role will then transition to involvement with the upgrade project, functional testing and functional design and on to providing full support to the D365 platform.
Role purpose:
The ERP Support Analyst will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides support services over the phone, through e-mail, through a customer portal and in person (for walk-in customers when back in the office).
We are looking for a pro-active individual with strong communication and organisational skills. You will have a broad interest in all things IT, understand development (particularly in the Microsoft stack), but also enjoy the challenge of analysing and resolving complex technical issues with a core application while managing the client’s expectations in a realistic timeframe.
Essential key skills & experience required:
* Full UK Driving license
* Experience of working in a busy environment, to targets, to SLA’s and within timescales
* Excellent customer service skills and exceptional telephone manner
* Knowledge of ERP platforms (ideally D365)
* Knowledge of SQL, desirable but not essential
* You will need to be a team player with a calm and friendly personality
* Good communication skills on all levels
* Ability to participate and contribute successfully within a team environment
* Must have strong problem solving skills
* Willingness to continue learning and develop your technical skills
* Good knowledge of Windows 10 windows, Office 365

Salary c£26,000 - £30,000+ Negotiable and very dependent on applicants existing skills and experience
