An opportunity has arisen for you, a solid Business Analyst, with a few years commercial experience to join the team of an excellent company based in Kent but either on a Hybrid of Fully Remote basis. This business strives to be the go to in their industry, they provide excellent levels of data, tech and data led insurance services to a sector that can benefit from automation to make quicker and more accurate decisions.

You’ll work heavily with both internal stakeholders and development teams to create industry leading software for the business, you’ll have the opportunity work with multiple parts of the company, on within interesting and often complicated projects.

This role will be a standalone BA, whilst there are Product Owners to guide, you’ll be expected to be competent and confident in your ability.

Several years’ experience working as a Business Analyst

Strong communication is paramount

Experience would be nice but not essential

Agile and Azure DevOps

Essentially, this business is looking for a solid BA, with good communication with experience working within a mid-sized business. You’ll either have come from a standalone position or be confident enough in your ability to step in to that position.
