Location: Bristol

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

My client is looking to add an 1st Line Support professional to the team. You will be working alongside senior people within the business who will help drastically improve your technical skills and therefore, help you catapult your IT career!

Ideally you will have experience in most of the following:

* IT related degree or IT College qualification

* Keen to pursue a career within IT Support & Infrastructure

* Excellent customer service skills

* Active Directory

* Helpdesk or 1st Line Support Experience

* IT Terminology

The technical stack for the role is 1st Line Support, so you must be willing to learn this.
