6 Month Rolling Contract
Established team supporting a large user base
2/3 Days onsite per week We have an opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a multinational insurance company based in Dublin. This is a hybrid working model and you will be brought into an established team that is currently supporting a large user base. In this role you will have some flexibility to work from home, whilst also assisting onsite when needed. You will be well supported in this role.
What you will be doing:
Supporting a large group of users on the 2nd level team
Working with O365, Windows, Citrix, Ivanti (Ideally)
Providing Hardware support as and when needed
Setting up desktop, laptop and mobile devicesExperience needed
3+ years' experience
1+ year in L2 work
