If you are a recent graduate or have some experience in a similar process improvement / business management type position - this role is perfect for you.

Strong IT / MS Excel skills would be a big bonus!

Responsibilities:

Conducting data analysis and gathering information to identify potential business problems and areas for improvement

Providing clear and compressive data and documentations that enable decisions to be applied

Mapping requirements to business needs

Creating comprehensive documentation outlining their findings that can be understood company-wide

Presenting findings and creating useful reports on business impact

Requirements:

Communicating at all levels to understand potential issues and conducting observations to further investigate business processes to be reported for corrective plans to be put in place

Support training and coaching for business change
