As the
UX Research Lead you will be responsible for:
- Be part of a team of user experience researchers and service designers, working closely with UX and UI designers, product owners and managers, and leaders in
digital, customer operations, and consumer services globally. - Lead, plan, co-ordinate, execute and deliver user research, testing and measurement activities that span the full design lifecycle .
- Collaborate with UX researchers, service designers, UX & UI designers, commercial owners, and senior managers to identify and answer user research questions on our most strategic products and services
- Make recommendations on user research methodologies, timescales, resources and budgets required to deliver effective research and meaningful insights for short- term project requirements and longer-term product and business requirements.
What you bring?- Significant experience in a User Experience Research role, ideally with both industry and agency experience.
- Practical experience running and moderating user research as well as managing others (e.g. suppliers or internal staff) to run/moderate user research.
- Experience with different types of user research approaches (including moderated, unmoderated, summative, formative, qualitative, quantitative) and methodologies (e.g. user testing, card sorting, diary studies, focus groups, depth interviews, surveys).
